Life as Viewed from the Goldfish Bowl |

Upon the polished mahogany, lit by soft hazy sunlight from the corner window or by the flickering flame of late burning candlelight, rests my bowl -my crystaline home. Within its clear water and waving green fronds I swim and dart and play - and observe my beloved owner, the beautiful Lord Erestor of Imladris. As I meander through the concealing reeds I can hear his sweet voice instructing the servants or dictating letters to one of the scribes; I know of his dealings on Lord Elrond's behalf with all corners of this land called Middle Earth; I have watched the young elflings learn at his feet. And I have seen and know of his deep and abiding love for Glorfindel, Re-Born Lord of the House of the Golden Flower and Seneschal of Imladris.
